Shipping and payment

Our store is open from Monday to Friday, our opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Orders placed outside of this time will be processed on the morning of the next working day.

Delivery of products

We use fast and convenient shipping methods. The couriers will take the orders to the address specified during the order. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 20:00. Shipping costs are covered by the store.

Payment methods

We offer two flexible payment options for orders:

• Cash on delivery: You can pay by bank card or cash when you pick up the products.
• Online payment through WayForPay: A secure system that allows bank card payments to be made safely and easily.

We accept payments in lei and do not charge additional fees. Please note that any bank charges are out of our control.

Returning products

Our return policy is flexible, allowing you to return products within 14 days without giving a reason. More details on the return procedure can be found on our page “Return Policy“.
