Our customers have the option to return purchased products within 14 days of receipt.
Return Requirements
To accept a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product and accessories must be in the condition in which they were delivered.
- There can be no errors or damages that occurred after purchase.
- The original packaging must be intact.
- Defective products can only be returned if the defect was already present when the product was received.
Refund Process
Refunds will be made within 3 working days of receiving the returned product. Online payments will be refunded to the original payment account, and cash payments will be refunded as agreed with the customer. The shipping costs of the product will be refunded together with the original amount. If the product was insured, the value of the insurance will also be refunded.
Cancel orders
Orders can be canceled before delivery or when receiving the product. In the case of online payments, the refund process starts automatically. In the case of cash on delivery, the order can be canceled without any special formalities.
